A familiar Singapore ritual begins with a simple choice: black coffee, milk coffee or milk tea. This guide helps you choose your Adler Provisions blend and brew it at home.
Choose by the cup you enjoy
No. 176 · Kopi O Kosong
Choose this for bold black coffee, a full body and a bittersweet finish. Our coffee is roasted with sugar, without margarine. Sugar is used during roasting, so the product name should not be read as a sugar free claim.

No. 178 · Kopi C Siew Dai
Choose this for smooth milk coffee with a velvety mouthfeel and gentle sweetness. Our sachet blend includes creamer and sugar, with coffee roasted without margarine. The creamer contains milk protein.

What do the names mean?
In Singapore coffeeshop ordering, kopi means coffee and teh means tea. O denotes a drink without milk; kosong requests no added sugar when preparing the cup. C traditionally refers to evaporated milk, while siew dai requests less sweetness. AP's milk coffee and milk tea are prepared sachet blends using creamer. Check each product's ingredients rather than relying on its name alone.
